If I could rate this a 0 I would . Literallly worst experience ever . My friends and I ordered our food and they said it would be done in 15 minutes. Literally 40 minutes pass and it's still not done . We just started chatting about the service next thing you know a customer comes at us with rude comments telling us to leave . Watch out for the blonde crazy chick she apparently goes every Wednesday. She was arguing with us people half her age. Then we went to get a refund next thing you know the employees don't know how to refund. We left and then betch still had to comment.
Why is the pizza so greasy here? If you want pizza in Fernley, I would try Round Table Pizza.
Horrible service down in Fernely Nevada. Our pizza was supposed to have been done when the 45 minutes was up. It’s almost as if they forgot to put it in and they did nothing to accommodate the mess up. I ordered the pizza at 6.45 pm and did not get it until 8.00PM. Ridiculous. Not to mention there was only one family in the restaurant while I waited for an hour and a half for the pizza to be finished. If I hadn’t have paid, I would have left. Worst experience. Not to mention the staff was poorly handled. I hope next time will be better. 10.27.14
