Not anymore! We got our food within 10 minutes of ordering, and it was good......
We waited for over 15 minutes. Not one waiter or waitress can up to us to greed us or tell us they will be right with us. I believe it's because we were native American. (Navajo). Everyone was getting good service
There were 5 of us. My order was eggs benedict and was forgotten! Amazing.
We used to have serious issues at this location. The last 3 times we went, our order was lost and it took over 2 hours to correct.
So another 20 minutes passed before my order came. We took this "in stride" and continued to endeavor to celebrate our being together. Since this was my "treat" I decided to mention my concerns to the manager being as low key as possible.
Believe it or not, the serving sizes were huge
I had a cheeseburger basket and he had the Shasta scramble. Both were delish. Service was very attentive and friendly.
This will definitely not be my first choice of dining in the future. The manager handled my concerns quite delicately.
The Fernley Black Bear is the best one in the franchise network. The staff is always friendly and quick to take care of anything needed. The breakfast is hearty and delicious; no skimping on quality here! To top it all off, they have amazing coffee!
What an oasis in the desert. We were happy to see a new black bear in town. Newer restaurant, we recommend the taco salad, a healthy alternative and tasty. Great parking lot if you have a large rig. We were towing the motorcycle and driving a pickup truck.
