Had dinner and breakfast. Their meals are done right and hot. Ordered senior cheddar scrambled eggs, substituted tortillas for the pancakes and paid 39 cents for Pico which made this meal zesty. Servers are efficient, but they should wipe the bench seats. Amanda and Danelle provided us excellent service.
Service wasn't great had a new waitress, food was good but the staff member named Brandon made me want to come back and made the experience fantastic! Thanks Brandon!
I drive a truck and go to flying js all the time. This is the worst service I've ever got at one. 1 Cup of coffee the waitress never refilled it and ignored me.
I'm a regular customer at this Denny's and I've never had an issue here until today. Went in for breakfast. The other guests with me received there food and I was waiting for at the very least 15-20 min for my food. Really not a big deal but my table had already finished there food and I was still waiting. I went to the waiter to check on my order. Maybe something got mixed up, I thought. The response was rude and completely unprofessional. Instead of looking into it she looks around the room and says "can't you see why? I know you can't see it from your eyes but we are busy! Can't you see!?" At that point I asked her to cancel my order. I spoke to the manager and his response was "I'm sorry that we are losing you as a customer." Completely condescending. I don't want free food but i expect a good attitude and some customer service. What I received from the waiter and manager was disappointing. My final point. Don't expect great service coming into this place on a consistent basis. I wouldn't expect much from the manager either. I feel the night staff does a great job here and my regular waiter Luis has a great attitude.
Horrible establishment. The older servers had to be the rudest, laziest, and useless servers I have ever seen. They had no this, no that, all things a basic restaurant should have. The food was Luke warm and bland to say the least. $60 later and my kids ate when we came home. Just care about your job, it's not much to ask.
