The manager was very rude, I checked in at 6am and she called my room at 11am waking me up 5 times complaining she needs the room. There was only 5 cars in the parking lot when I checked out tired at 3pm.
Clean and very comfortable, this hotel made our stay easy. Only complaint is the noise. The room doors close loudly. We could here other doors in the same hallway closing. We also heard the train in the distance but it was hardly noticeable.
Staff was very pleasantly, the entire place was so clean, I couldn't believe the affordable price. We are relocating from California to North Dakota. Rooms were full in Reno. We had no idea this place was further down. The rooms were so refreshing and clean, I had the best sleep last night. Breakfast was so delicious with a variety of foods for every person. I definitely will recommend this place to everyone.
The hotel is quite nice for where it is. I love they have an indoor pool and the air conditioning works. Super friendly hotel staff who remembers us when we come back, and the beds are way more comfortable than my bed at home lol
The room here was nice. It had great air conditioning. It was located nicely to services, but also close to railroad. So if your sensitive to that sort of thing may want to avoid, but it was fine with me. The hotel has good insulation so I wasn't bothered. The breakfast was alright. It was a very clean, nice, and up to date motel. Overall it was a good stay and at a very reasonable cost. I would stay again.
