I do not pretend to say that no mistakes or mishaps occurred while doing business with Royal Floors. In fact, several minor issues had come up with both the installation and the sales processes. However, instead of dwelling on these issue, I'd rather comment on how impressed I was with the professional and courteous manner in which Royal Floors handled the issues. I would venture to say that any company will eventually make a mistake when doing business with customers; however, what distinguishes one business from another is how they deal with those mistakes. In this regard, Royal Floors deserves 5 stars.

I had Royal Floors install carpet in my home on four separate occasions. Each time, I had a very professional experience working with both Anthony, who coordinated the installation, and Shane, who lead the carpet installation. In particular, Anthony was very knowledgeable about the prices and qualities of various carpet and padding combinations, and Shane was great about explaining the details of the carpet installation process, which gave me the assurance that the carpet was getting installed properly. On one occasion, Shane made the extra effort to install the carpet for a room using a single cut, meaning there would be no extra carpet seams for that room!
Can't seem to get anyone there to actaully help us. Customer service is really crappy.
