Tom was a very nice and caring man who came out on a Sunday 1hr after speaking to him on the phone to repair our AC!!! Caring and understanding about having children and wanted them to be in a cool home in the middle of summer...I would recommend him, especially in an emergency situation like ours!
Didn't even show up for his appointment. No call or anything! Seriously would have liked a call or something. I would have been more understanding!
