Where to begin....
My husband and I moved to California as the result of a job transfer. I was skeptical because we didn't know much about the area. After speaking friends and family, we decided to meet LL Reality agent. It was the best decision we could have made for after move. He found the area according to my criteria. This team is very submissive and proficient.
There have been multiple maintenance requests which I have had to OVER AND OVER resubmit, call about and email about. I finally gave up on my grass and paid out of pocket for grass seed and fertilizer because the sprinklers didn't work the first 3 months and they wouldn't fix them, but kept threatening us we would be liable if the grass died.
I will begin with my own shortcoming. I have recently become disabled and therefore am 22 days late on rent. This is serious, I got a notice today which a very kind deputy explained was just a demand for payment and had no actual legal authority. I first should say I am sorry for this. I understand they are running a business and need to get the money for their customer. This is a Thursday and I am going in to pay it tomorrow when I get paid. I went to schedule it online as I usually do, but they have disabled that. I called and they say this is their policy. So it is there policy to make it harder for a customer to pay when they want their money.
We recently went through relocation and after consulted with my friends we decided to contact LL Reality agent in the hope they could help us find a suitable apartment. After taking services of them, I am very satisfied. I've already recommended LL Reality to a friend, and he had similar experience. They are, as far as I can tell, always consistent.
My family and I rented a house from this place as my sister and her family and my mother and her family.
LL Reality exceeded my expectations. As a first time home buyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away their professional team incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with my partner and me to determine what would be a good fit for us. They helped me throughout the whole process. They are knowledgeable about the current market scenario. Highly Impressive!
As soon as her one year was up they gave her a 30 day notice the house we where in sold 7 months in to are Lease the new owners said that they wanted us to stay 5 years. When are lease was up we got a 30 day notice and ll lied to us saying that the new owners wanted to sell the house I just looked online and it is up for rent. My mother-in-law is having to move as well The neighbors told me that every year they get new people in that house. Please save your time and your money and save yourself from a headache do not use LL Realty
Bottom line if you are looking to rent, avoid this company. We will be either looking elsewhere or contacting the owner direct when our lease is up. I have never been so disrespected, and as a former police officer that is saying something :)
I hate writing bad things about a business. Good reviews and word of mouth are everything. I always give them a chance to fix it, but as I previously stated I have spoke with them on multiple occasions and they just don't care.
BUT
This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with I have avoided on so many occasions writing a negative review. When you move in you make a list of damage and send pics to them. We have had black mold in our laundry room since then which hasn't been handled.
These people simply don't care. As long as you are paying you mean nothing to them. If you aren't paying they are going to come after you like vultures.
