So I went there at 830pm, Friday night... Absolutely NO ONE in drive thru, and i waited 8 mins at the speaker and no one even acknowledged me. So I pulled to the window, waited 3 more mins, watched employees walking back and forth, still no acknowledgement. Then I pulled around front and went in, where 4 employees were gathered in the lobby, 2 of which were eating. What the heck taco Bell??? Ended up going to burger king.. way to keep customers guys!
Consistency in errors of order, and I'm always only ordering for one person. Simple orders. Why ask if I want hot sauce and never grab it or napkins for the order? When they bill something wrong which is more expensive than what you ordered, you get attitude when you ask them to correct the order and the bill. Have had them bring me my correct order and try not to refund the difference regardless of amount. Hit or miss location. Usually 90% chance something will be incorrect when it comes out the window. Sad... someone start a taco truck out here already. Please!
Gotta have my Taco Bell. Best for the price in our area. Great lunchtime, supper, or just a fast snack. Breakfast also I do believe.
They were clean,fast,and very nice!
Guy who works there is a total prick, had a problem with getting my food and if he wouldn't handled it a little better I would have been fine but he had attitude for no reason.
