Wish I could leave zero stars. If you care about customer service. Save yourself the time and trouble because there isn't a kinda person to help you there. If you want to pay as much as possible through state farm this is the one to go to. I've had state farm for 14 years and I just transferred to reno through state farm which is free and easy and simple. I've already saved lots by switching once I did they offered so many discounts that were never offered to me in Fernley, save yourself hundreds and make the switch!
