They can never schedule appointments right 4 means 4 not 445. Why make appointm eta if you can keep them
Good service as a whole. If insurance won't cover the meds prescribed, takes forever to get meds that insurance will cover.
I dont often leave reviews but I had a horrible expirence at Fernley Renown Urgen Care. I had to go in for a simple pre employment drug screening (knowing I would have to wait a while since I was a walk in) after an hour in the waiting room I was called back only for the MA to tell me that I didnt have the correct forms. So I asked why I had to wait an hour for her to tell me that and why it wasnt discovered when I walked in. She was extremely rude and acted like it was my fault that the assistants didnt check my forms when I came in (how am I supposed to know what forms I need other than the form my employer gave me?). I work in a medical office and I know it was simply overlooked, which would have been a great time for her to apologize and give me the solution. She was so rude and pretty much pushed me out if the office so she didnt have to deal with me anymore. I believe they need new office staff or to train their assistants to be polite to patients. I will be in contact with the supervision in regards to this employee. There are plenty of other people for this job that deserve it more than she does.
Went in with chest pain and barely able to breath and told 2 hour wait! Chest pain and inability to breath!!! HORRIBLE
I went in to have stitches removed from my forehead that were put in at the ER in Reno. Everyone there treated so very nice. From the lady at the front desk to the lady that took the stitches out.Very sweet ladies. I have no complaints.
