SCAM! I signed up and was told cancel anytime it's $75, went in to do just that and NO you sign up for a year and you MUST pay for the year because its in the small print on the back of the contract. You can "freeze" your membership but it will still charge you for not going. This place is small and under equipped for the price. $35+ a month because its the only gym in town yet in Sparks average membership is $10. And when I went to cancel the "manager" was very rude and hostile to me. AVOID THIS GYM.
Signed up at anot her gym out of town a couple days ago and was told it may take a couple weeks for my FOB to work outside of my area, but as long as there is a member there I would be let in and all I had to do was sign the guest book till my fob works... the member that was there said that management was strict and I would have to have a working fob, so that's gping to be 2 weeks of a paid membership I can't use!!!!!
It is just way too small, only one squat rack that doubles as bench press rack-never unoccupied. I was excited when they did a remodel a couple years ago but it was the 'rearrangement of chairs on the titanic'' You need more space guys, more than one shower and more than one bathroom and more than a 10 foot x7 foot calisthenics area.. Just silliness all around.
I like the gym but there is this old buff dude with a grey goatee and bandana that is loud and obnoxious, slams weight, grunts loudly and do sent use a full range of motion when he works out. Come on anytime fitness.
