They consistently change their policy on appointments. When trying to make an appointment in the past (within the last 3 months) they said "we don't take appointments, try to get here early it's first come first served." Went in there today to be told now it's appointment ONLY unless you're getting tires? That is pure greed. If I can't trust you to keep a simple policy in place I can't trust you to work on my car. Never going there again after being a customer for over 5 years. New management ruined what used to be the best place in town. Glad I found this out before getting my tune up. Taking my business elsewhere.
I have all oil changes, air conditioner repairs & now tires - I love this place - they are always very friendly & helpful! Their prices aren't any more than Reno/Sparks stores & I trust them to fix my car.
Do not go here. They will make you wait almost two hours for an oil change. Then charge you $70. I've never hated a place more than I do this place. Better off going somewhere else
