This isn't the first bad experience we've had at this location either. The drive thru was so confused on an order they kept trying to give us big Macs when we literally didn't order one. The woman handed us a bag of food asking if it was our order. I'M NOT FISHING THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE'S FOOD!

Second of all, when a large fry is ordered, THE CONTAINER SHOULD BE FULL, not halfway full!!!
Wonderful customer service. The gentleman that helped us was extremely friendly and professional. I don't get fast food often but I will be back in just for another great experience.

Why are we viewing commercials for these for a week and the staff is still untrained on how to fry a chicken strip?
This place needs not only to be trained on how to fry a chicken strip but basically all around training on how to properly work in general.
Get it together!! Reading a screen and properly filling an order is NOT hard!
Manager locked the door on me as I was walking up at 9:57 looked me right in the face and walked away......
So my husband goes through the drive thru and the breakfast menu is stuck on so he asks them "do you have the new chicken tenders?" The girl says yes but then said "but i dont know if they know how to make them." About a minute later confirms that "they have them, but dont know how to make them so we arent selling them."
First of all, when someone orders their food, they want to receive ALL of the food that was paid for! Not get all the way back to work, and realize they don't have it all.
Finally, a sausage and cheese mcgriddle should have exactly that!!! Sausage AND CHEESE! NOT just cheese!!!!
