I had a very poor experience here, and found the particular stylist I had dealt with to be far less than professional as I had come to expect anyone employed here to be.

I am still seeking my money back, after over a month of trying and will review again when the situation has been resolved... All in all, I would not recommend this particular salon, solely based on my first time experience here.
Long story short, I had a perm that was COMPLETELY botched, and had to ask for a refund three times, which was not only refused, but the stylist in question actually had the nerve to argue with me and tell me I was wrong about the situation that had occurred. I can't believe how I was-- and still am-- treated. I really expected nothing more than 100% professional staff here!
