Bad service, ridiculously high fees!

Went in to deposit for a relative. Was shocked to hear a teller openly provoking a customer with an account. You people do realize your bank was asking for welfare from the American public not so long ago. Next time try to go the extra mile and count her change for deposit into her account instead of telling her to go to the casino, change it for paper and bring it back to you! By the way..... it's legal tender even if it's change! Would never recommend this bank!
Horrible horrible horrible! I've deposited many checks no problem. I work night shifts and don't get off until 3 am. They have held one of my checks before. And after that, just part of my check, which wasn't so bad. Then the full amount was there no problem. Then all of a sudden they hold all my check again. I talked to a customer service rep and of course they can't do anything. If i had known it was gonna hold it, I would have never deposited it. This bank is a JOKE. They want to act like they're here to help you and service to your needs but in reality, they don't care. And even though my check is being held until the next day, it doesn't work. I have 3 kids and one day off a week. So it screws me in the end. I would advise you to steer clear away from wellsfargo. Honestly, I used to love them. Never had problems. But it seems like that's all I have with them now. So just beware and be careful. Once my funds are available, I plan on closing my account with them and never looking back.
This Wells Fargo deserves zero stars! Wells Fargo located in Fernley NV is receiving and dispensing counterfeit money! I received a counterfeit $100 bill on 8/9/17 and went somewhere else to use that money they told me it was a counterfeit and once I told Wells Fargo the problem, they take zero responsibility for it!
